Starbucks Coffee Drive Thru – Coming Soon!
Armando Aguirre & Sheretta Morris of Legendary Commercial Real Estate, have completed a long term ground lease to Starbucks Coffee of a ± 21,764 Sq. Ft. lot located at 1401 S. Alameda Street just south and east of Downtown Los Angeles. Starbucks Coffee will develop the property into a new Starbucks Coffee drive-thru.
The property which is located at the Alameda Street exist from the east bound Santa Monica (I-10) Freeway, serves as one of the major gateways to the Produce District, the Garment District, the Flower District and the Arts District, all of which are currently experiencing significant growth and new development and redevelopment of the older buildings and industrial and commercial properties found in these areas into mixed use, retail and residential uses.
Starbucks will demolish the existing 6,100 Sq. Ft. industrial building to make way for their new Starbucks Coffee drive-thru which is expected to open by year end.
