A new Harbor Freight Tool store has began construction at the Krikorian “Village Walk” Entertainment Center in Pico Rivera. The new store which will co-anchor the five year old center with the 15 screen Krikorian Multi-plex Theatre and CVS Drugs is scheduled for completion and opening in July 2015.
A new 3,600 sq. ft. drive-thru Pad, is also now leasing and scheduled for development at the Center over the coming months as is a third 12,000 sq.? ft. Anchor Pad currently being targeted to Dollar Stores, Shoe Stores, Sit-down Restaurant Bar tenants and conventional retailers.
Legendary Commercial and Colliers International jointly represent the Center and represented the Landlord in the Harbor Freight Tool transaction.
